Features

1. When the motor axis and the pump axis are assembled with a coupling, the parallelism error must be within 0.05mm and the angle error must be within 1 degree before connecting. It is recommended to use a direct oil pump motor.
7. When adjusting the displacement, loosen the adjusting nut first, then rotate the adjusting bolt, turn right to reduce the flow, and turn left to increase it. After adjustment, please tighten the nut.
The oil cannot be returned through other oil pipes, and the back pressure does not exceed 3kgf/cm2 oil leakage
8. Turn the pressure adjustment bolt left (counterclockwise) to reduce the output pressure.
The oil pipe must be inserted below the oil level.
Turn right (clockwise) to increase it. After adjustment, tighten the nut.
3. The pump suction port should not be higher than 1 meter above the oil level.

4. The recommended hydraulic oil viscosity working pressure is lower than 70kgf/cm?, with 30 ~ 50

5. The continuous working temperature of the hydraulic oil should be maintained at 15~ 60C. If it is lower than 15°C, please
exclude the air. It can be operated continuously for 10 minutes under no-load conditions.
Use a heater. If it exceeds 60°C, use a cooler.
