The Pfannenberg FLZ600 Mechanical Hygrostat is an essential, high-reliability component for active humidity management within industrial control cabinets and electrical enclosures. Designed to prevent catastrophic equipment failure caused by moisture condensation, the FLZ600 accurately monitors the relative humidity (R.H.) and utilizes a highly responsive changeover contact to switch connected devices.

This unit’s primary function is to eliminate internal condensation by activating anti-condensation heaters or to manage heat buildup by triggering cooling fans. With a precise R.H. setting range of 40-90% and a robust AC switching capacity of up to 5 A, the FLZ600 ensures critical electronic components are protected from humidity-related corrosion and faults across a wide industrial temperature envelope (0°C to +60°C). It features simple 35 mm DIN rail mounting (EN 60715 compliant) for rapid integration into any system.
